Combined with elements from memory pieces, this painting is created with a Doberman figure holding a tiny bird. The Doberman is dressed as a knight with ancient lace high-collar details and velvet floral patterns. The choice of purple and gold color combination has a strong contrast with each other; Gold was an obvious choice of metal; it historically represents both a kingly status and its place as the highest-value metal of the time.

Purple also represents royalty, having been the rarest and most valuable dye for centuries.
Pearl is also a unique yet soft touch to enhance the contrast of characters; it has appeared on the hat, collar and earrings on both of the main characters -“Pearls bring tears.” Given pearl symbolism of wisdom, enlightenment, innocence, serenity, protection, and longevity.

The blue bird is painted with the same color and shape from my precious pet bird. The position of flying towards the heart carries the emotion and love towards this painting. Usually, right after a time of tremendous difficulty, the bluebird comes to bring good fortune in all things such as love, healing, and happiness.
